The Green Schools’ Natural Connections programme is all about giving children a stronger relationship with the natural world of which they are a part. We use old and new technology, from pond nets to iPads!

We work closely with schools to create bespoke outdoor experiences, where children learn in, from and about nature. 

Our workshops engage the senses and the imagination, drawing on practical conservation, earth education, Forest School and digital arts. We can tailor activities to incorporate elements of Literacy, Maths, Science and Geography, delivered outdoors in your school grounds or in a local green space, all year round. 

We have developed an innovative new film-making workshop as part of Natural Connections, where children use our iPads to script, shoot and edit short art movies that they can share with the wider school community, encouraging curiosity about the natural world while developing skills in Literacy, Art, Computing and teamwork.
