Elsdale will be hosting Celebrity Chef Manju Malhi for a spicy valentines adventure. Join us to learn to cook one of Manjus signature dishes Shahi Murgh or Royal Chicken Curry. Manju will show you how to make your own Garam Masala spice blend as well as how to use it to create a beautiful chicken or vegetarian curry, fit for a king. You will be able to buy signed copies of her recipe books after the trip as well as a spice pack to recreate the recipe at home. A perfect way to add a little spice to your valentines. Book now.
During the trip you will be treated to three courses and a glass of champagne. The Elsdale will also have its bar open for you to order you wine and other drinks to accompany your meal and cruise, and once you’ve prepared the main course, we’ll dim the lights, light the candles and turning up the romance to make your evening perfect.
On the Menu will be:
Starters – Onion Pakoras with a selction of indian dips and chutneys
Main Course – Shahi Murgh (roayl chicken curry) with lightly seasoned Basmati rice, Green beans Sabzi and Kalonji Naan.
Dessert – Homemade Coconut Treats and Indian Sweet selection
