Thanks to a generous subsidy from Lakeside Energy from Waste and their partners Grundon and Virridor we can now offer some schools free coach travel to the centre as well as the already free visit!

Lakeside is an amazing place. Local waste is cleanly converted to Electricity in this state of the art facility in Colnbrook near Slough. Local students have had the privileged of free visits to the site for a number of years to learn about Waste, recycling and energy . 

In an effort to increase the number of visit to the facility and having listened to your feedback, we have been able to secure funding for free travel places too. This means 10 lucky classes will be able to visit Lakeside absolutely free.
